Who We Share Information With

The Safety Council SWLA will not sell, rent or release your personally identifiable information to unrelated third party companies. Some Safety Council services are linked with those from other unrelated third party companies, some which offer you the option to share personal data you give with both the Safety Council SWLA and the third party.

The Safety Council SWLA may be required to provide personal information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law.
